Online Renewal

All loans may be renewed online on or before the due date. Renewal (except short-term loan) may be granted provided that no other borrower requests the item and that there is no unresolved issue recorded in the library record

 

1. Access your Library Record

 

Click on “My Library Record” from the Library Homepage.


 

2. Sign-In

 

 
 
 

3. View Loan record

 

Click on “My Loans” to display your “Loans” record.


 

4. Renew all items

 

Click on “Renew All”


 
   

5. Items renewed

 

New due dates will be displayed if the renewal is successful

 

(Explanation note will be displayed for the declined renewal)


 

6. Exit your Library Record

 

Click on “Sign Out” to exit your Library Record

Online Request

User can place a hold on an item (except for items of Multimedia and Reserve collections) currently checked out or currently on hold shelf. To request an item, user may follow the online request guide as follows:

 

1. Search your desired item

 

Enter keywords and submit your search from the Discovery Search page.


 

2. Display full record

 

Click on your desired item to view its full record


 

3. Locate your desired item

 

 

4. Sign-In

 

Sign in with your Institute network account & password;


 
 
 

5. Request your desired item

 

Click on “Request”


 

For multi-volumes title, click on “Request” of the desired volume:


 

6. Submit your request

 

Click on “Send Request” to submit the request


 

7. Request Succeeded

 

Click on “Send Request” to submit the request


 

8. Exit your Library Record

 

Click on “Sign Out” to exit your Library Record
